@shayankhan9970 let me guess. That is what displays on your computer screen when you turn your computer on. It does not boot into the OS. That is common with Lenovo, Dell and some HP's.

Don’t worry! All computers have technology bought from others inside. This is just a blanket statement to tell you that.

@shayankhan9970 we need to see the rest of your screen. Your computer is most likely trying to boot from the network. This could be a failed HDD etc. Go into your BIOS and see if your computer is finding the HDD.

Let us know which OS your computer is using and what your BIOS displays. You can post pictures of that with your QUESTION
