The 5th generation BMW 3 Series is based on the E9X platform. The car pictured is a E90 chassis. The E9X chassis was used from 2004-2013 when the F1X chassis was released. When talking about a non-specific chassis, this generation is typically referred to as the E9X chassis since there are multiple chassis for this generation of 3 series, depending on the body style (E90/E91/E92/E93).

I can’t use the push to start because the brake won’t press

My 2013 BMW 3 series cannot be started because you need to press the brake whilst starting and the brakes locked. The break lights still work so i don’t believe it’s the brake vacuum but i’m not sure.

Something might be lodged in between the brakes, try seeing if there is or it just might be a car error, talk to bmw or go to a repair place, i cant really do anything about it since i focus on pcs.
And im 15
