My laptop doesn't login
When I turn on the laptop it stops when the HP logo appears. I tried to format it but also when I restarted it doesn't work again

@younisbamasood so this sounds like a failing boot drive (SSD/HDD). The fact it boots to the HP screen is good because most of the system works up to the point where it hands over to the boot drive.
Hold F2 when starting the PC, choose diagnostics and select hard drive diagnostics. Run the rest and see if it passes.
If you have another computer available, you can create a Linux Live USB and see if it can boot into that.
If yes, the problem should go away once the boot drive is replaced.
