@starplayer that is usually caused by a failed keyboard. Try a USB keyboard and see if that works right. Open your computer and check the keyboard cable and keyboard connector. Ultimately it sounds like you need to replace the one in your computer.
The keyboard in your computer as well as most other newer ones is actually connected to the top case. You will have to replace all of that. To do that, download the service and maintenance manual for your computer from here
