@ashishkashyap we do not have enough information from you to be specific. Once you give us more information we can narrow it down to your computers issue.
Just to start you want to check a few things. Your computer does not come with a WiFi adapter as a standard equipment. It uses an optional Dell Wireless 1520 PCIe WLAN card (802.11n). The Mini Tower supports full height (FH) cards and Desktop and Small Form Factor supports low profile (LP) cards only. Check to ensure that your computer does have that card.
You can check in Windows Device Manager for the wireless adapter. Make sure that it does show in there and that it has a driver associated with it. I would uninstall the current driver and download and install the Dell one from here Then try it again.
If the adapter does not show, you have to make sure it is physically present. To get into your BIOS power on the system. Tap the F2 key to enter System Setup when the Dell logo appears.

@ashishkashyap did it ever work before? Does your network work? What have you checked? What OS are you using (Windows of some sort)? What model is this computer? A desktop? A Mini-Tower? A Small Form Factor? We need more information to help you out.
