Why my mic is not working while I am using call?

@chetanchouhan you want to try a headset and see if that works for your calls. Also, you need to rule out that this is software related. If you ruled out that this is a software issue, I would suggest that you replace the sub board. The main mic (used for calls) is mounted on that board. Use something like this video to work on it.

The sub-board is available at many places, just make sure that you get one for your phones exact version

Your phone is a relative new phone. Before tearing it apart etc. You want to make sure that you check if you any kind of warranty on it. If so, use it to either get it fixed or replaced.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
