Unfortunately I have deleted all updates (software updates) of PC so it got turned off and when I tried to turn on it was showing me the black blank on screen what to do pls tell me( note it that the issue is came with I deleted all softwares of my PC tell me how to fix it)

@varun84111 if you deleted all the software, you have to reinstall it. Sounds like you even deleted your OS :-). Anyhow. You will need to create a USB drive with your OS on it, as well as all the other software you had.
Set the BIOS boot order to USB drive first. To access BIOS on your machine, press the F2 key repeatedly as soon as you switch on your laptop. Since you did not tell us which OS you were using, here are the instructions on how to create a bootable USB drive for Windows 10
