I've been using my MSI for about a year and the letter e and v is not working properly. I don't believe that the keyboard is broken. I tried to update windows and it only fixed it a little bit so instead of clicking the letter e 100 times for it to work I only need to click it 20 times.

Has any liquid been spilled on the keyboard at all?
Try connecting a USB keyboard to the laptop and check if it works OK.
If it does then it seems as though there is a problem with the keyboard in the laptop.
You may be able to replace just the keys.
Here's a link to just one supplier.
Type in the model number of your laptop to find the correct keys. (when I inserted MSI GE76 there were 7 different models to choose from)
