This tv had no picture. Plugged it in , turned it on then 'crack'. The ic TNY264PN explodedd. Not the legs but the actual ic. Tv now totally dead. Mains fuse ok, got 240volts coming out of mains input board and into PSB. I changed the ic for a new one, checked all caps, all ok. Any ideas please

@gravey7750 we really need to see what you got going on here. We do not know what is connected to where and where this IC is even located. Post some pictures of your boards with your question. That way we can see what you see. 기존 질문에 이미지 추가하기 By your scant description I assume it is on the power board. Have you checked the traces etc. Checked the bridge rectifier and the rest of the diodes.

@gravey7750 so you replaced the IC and now your TV is not showing any signs of like past receiving the 240V?
