Does "hum" mean, that the motor turns, or is it stuck? If it turns freely, the culprit might be a broken belt; if it's stuck there might be a little stone or something wrong between the grindstones. In any case - I fear - you have to find a way to open it and get to the grinder.

?? Cuisinart DCC-3200 is a coffeemaker not a bean grinder. I don't understand.

dude, it's both. You can see the bean receptacle in the device image. Most coffeemakers also have bean grinders.

@jackiemjacobs I wonder if this is either a bad grinder or just clogged. The person that knows most about these coffee makers would be @vauweh Let's see if he can help you with this.
