Hi @abiy37649,

Is the SSD showing as being detected in BIOS > Storage > Drive information >SATA1 or M.2 PCIe SSD1 or M.2 PCIe SSD2?

Have you tried getting a new SSD or installing an older os then upgrading

Here are some steps that you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. Check if the SSD is detected in BIOS: Restart your computer and enter the BIOS setup by pressing the appropriate key (usually F2 or Del). Check if the SSD is detected in the BIOS. If it is not detected, try reseating the SSD or replacing it with a new one.
  2. Load the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver: If the SSD is detected in the BIOS, you may need to load the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver during the installation process. You can download the driver from the Dell website. Once you have downloaded the driver, follow these steps:
    • Copy the driver to a USB drive.
    • Insert the USB drive into your computer.
    • Restart your computer and boot from the Windows 11 installation media.
    • When you reach the screen to select the installation location, click on Load driver.
    • Browse to the location of the driver on the USB drive and select it.
    • Click on Next to continue with the installation.
  3. Check the SATA mode: Make sure that the SATA mode is set to AHCI in the BIOS. To check the SATA mode, follow these steps:
    • Restart your computer and enter the BIOS setup by pressing the appropriate key (usually F2 or Del).
    • Navigate to the SATA Operation option and select AHCI.
    • Save the changes and exit the BIOS.
