I have a 2007 Kia Sportage where the turn signals work sporadically. Both left, right and hazard. If I can get them to start, they may blink 4 or 5 times and then stop. It looks like the bulbs not blown as I have checked them while they are working. Is there something else besides the 2 15 amp fuses that control the turn signals? Thanks.

Can you hear a relay clicking when the turn signals or the hazards are not working?
If not it could be an intermittently faulty flasher relay (supplier example only)
Here's a video that shows how to replace it.
