The CMOS battery is on the logic board. You need to follow the instructions on logic board replacement, and it is a quite difficult task.

@hughhhandford - In fact replacing the PRAM battery is quite easy in this series! All that’s needed to do is lift off the front bezel assembly and the battery is just under it!

Lol I didn’t realise it was this model when I wrote the answer.. I thought it was one of the newer 21 or 27” models
