Where can one find the replacement gasket?
The replacement of this piece is mentioned in its own guide as well as in the battery replacement guide. I have not been able to find with basic search terms.

If you can't find a replacement gasket, you may have to improvise.
Try either a suitably sized elastic rubber band or perhaps run a thin bead of neutral cure silicone sealant around the case in place of the gasket.
If using the sealant and you need to open the case in the future use either vinegar or Isopropyl Alcohol to soften it first and then pry open the case.
