Thank you sir for the assistance. It is a :
T14s Gen 2 (Type 20WM, 20WN) Laptop (ThinkPad) - Type 20WN .
The logic board number printed on the board shows as:

HT4B1/HX3B0

NM-D362 REV. 2.0

@oakitoki what exact model is this and what is the logic board number? Should be printed on the other side of the board.
