Please confirm the full model number of the laptop as shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop as I cannot find any information online regrading the model you selected. Only Elitebook 720 G1 & G2 models but no G4.
Have you checked the status of the WWAN Network adapter in Device Manager → Network Adapters to make sure that it is installed OK?
