Soft reset does not work.

I have a Palm Treo 755P (Verizon). I only use one app that does not require a wireless connection. However, pressing the app or several other apps makes it go into a continuous loop between the Access and Palm screens. So I tried a soft reboot, set the location and then tried the app and it returned to the continuous loop. I tried recharging the battery - no luck. Any suggestions? Can it be fixed?

Hey there @mlerner, I removed the email that you had on this question. Are you able to backup the data on the phone and preform a Hard Reset of the device? Palm Treo 755p Troubleshooting
