Reset part of knob for load size not working anymore.

The knob all the way on the left, which lets you dictate how much water to fill during a wash, has a reset function if you force it, you can make more water come out by holding that part of the knob by the "reset" word. It is no longer working, but has been for years. How do I fix this??? Is there a part I need???

What is the model number of the washer?

There are a lot of different 90 Series models so knowing the model number will help to find the correct part if one is required that is..
