My cat s22 flip phone forwarding all calls with out my permision

i have android powerd cat s22 flip phone,and with out my permision it is forwarded all incoming calls,i turned off forwarded calls button in settings,but it didnt works,it forwarded by itself.

Can you make outgoing calls OK?

How many signal bars are showing on the home screen?

If the network can't detect the phone it thinks that it is switched off and will redirect all incoming calls
