Phone starts up okay, then screen shows lines and colors.
Is this fixable? What do I need to do?

Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?
Try starting the phone in safe mode and check if then the display is OK

My son dropped it probably a few times.
Never got wet (like soaked).
