@bisratwalelign Note: This will delete all data on the phone
- Turn the phone off, if it isn't already
- Press and hold the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for a few seconds
- Use the volume up and volume down buttons to scroll through the menu until you get to "Recovery Mode"
- Press the power button to select this option
- Once you see the Android in distress, press and hold the power button
- Press the volume up button while still holding the power button
- You will get to another menu. Use the volume up and volume down buttons to scroll through the menu until you get to the "Wipe data/factory reset option".
- Press the power button to select this option.
- To confirm, again select "Factory Data Reset". The phone will now perform the Factory Reset procedure.

Hi @andrewsawesome,
If they had a Google account associated with the phone then they will have to know the user name and password for the account to access the phone again after the factory reset due to the Android FRP lock (factory reset protection) that has been enabled by the reset. It's a required step in the setup procedure
Either that or find out how to bypass the FRP lock
