That process bypasses the SMC and/or POST tests. Your firmware/EFI may have had a glitch or you may have some hardware issues. Since that process bought the laptop out of it's coma and it now starts again. Reset your PRAM and SMC in that order.

To reset the PRAM: Shut down the computer. Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command, Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously while the system is booting. Turn on the computer. Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys all at the same time. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears. Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time. Release the keys.

Now reset your SMC, which is very similar to what describe you did in the information you gave. Remove your battery. Unplug the magsafe. Hold power button down for 10 seconds. Let go of power button. Replace battery. Plug in magsafe and hit the power button as normal.

If there was just a glitch in your system your laptop should run normal now. If it does not there is a hardware issue that the SMC is detecting and stopping the system from starting to prevent damage.

Please let us know the results of my suggestions.

Well written, concise, detailed answer.

noting changed :((((((

If you reset the SMC correctly the fan speeds will drop to normal and the sensors will read again. If there is a hardware problem then the laptop may not start again until you bypass the SMC through your original process. Maybe you will understand how Apple explains to reset the SMC better than you understood me. Here is a link to how to reset the SMC: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht3964 Please follow the directions exactly and do not preform the process you described in your information. The fans are running high with sensors saying they are at 0 and there are no temperature readings because the SMC has been told to not respond.

thanks man

you're genius

but now my MBP not turning on without battrey !!!!!!!?
