Can not receive cell tower
The phone works fine when connected via WiFi. Does not connect to the cell tower. 6 gig ram, 128 gig storage

@tallpaul49263 double check with your provider that you have cell service with. Double check the SIM card and start with a new one. Safe all of your files and backup your phone. Then try a hard reset and see if it is a software issue. After that, you will have to disassemble your phone and check the antennas to ensure those are connected etc. Use these guides to work on your phone Samsung Galaxy A50
