The laptop is trying to boot from a network drive, which isn't normally there unless you use a network drive to boot the laptop, as it cannot find the HDD in the laptop to boot into Windows.

This could be due to either the HDD has failed or the boot partition on the drive is corrupt.

Try starting the laptop and get into BIOS and check if the BIOS has detected the HDD. - see enter BIOS before Windows loads

If it doesn't show it as detected, then the HDD has failed or has become disconnected from the motherboard.

If it does show it as detected, create a recovery USB disc and use it to repair the HDD's boot partition.

When you have the recovery disc, insert it into the laptop and start the laptop. It should boot from the disc into the Windows Recovery Environment menus. When there go to Troubleshooting → Advanced → Startup repair and follow the prompts.
