Hi @fransullivan,
What is the model number of the TV?
Just confirming that CC won't turn off when either using the CC button on the remote control or when navigating through the TV's on screen menus using either the remote control or the TV control buttons to disable the CC setting in Menu → Accessibility menu → Closed captions?
