New screen doesn't work

The numbers you're tossing about refer to the model number of the phone. SM-A127F is for the Galaxy A12 Nacho, while the SM-M127F refers to the Galaxy M12 model. The phones are different; in particular they have a different processor, but a comparison of the screen statistics shows only minor differences, and it's unclear whether they're compatible or not.

On thing I noted, however, was that the same screen is not being advertised as working on both phones; the places that are selling screens for the two models are selling different screens. Given that sellers love to be able to cut their inventory in half by selling the same part for two different things, my guess is the two screens are not compatible, or there may be some significant difference in functionality.

Sounds like time to get in touch with the vendor where you bought the phone and see if they can clear up the confusion. At the very least if they insist it's the right screen they'll need to send you a warranty replacement since your first one obviously doesn't work.

P.S., I'm not clear exactly where the SM-A032F number comes in here; that one says it's for a Galaxy A03 Core phone, which doesn't seem to have any relation to the phone you have, so I dunno what's up with that number.
