Blue shadow for first 5-10 minutes TV is on

@briang3 sinc this is only while the TV is cold, that make this either a cold solder joint error or a bad component. Check the main board for any component that may look odd, darkend, charred etc. While you inspect our board, you also want to note the color of the solder joints. They are supposed to look shiny silver. If they are matte and lead colored, do a quick reflow with a soldering iron etc.
