Here's the service manual that may help.

Go to p.14 of the manual to see all the possible causes for an out of balance error - code 03 in diagnostic test.

If a part is faulty and needs to be replaced search online for F&P WA8560E1(insert model code e.g. 92233-A or 92245-A etc) parts to find a parts list that shows the F&P part number for the part.

Then search online for the part number to find suppliers that suit you best.

Here's just one example. This is for a model/code WA8560E1 92245-A.

Be aware that even though the model number is the same if the parts list is for a machine with a different model code, then the part may not be applicable to your model. So ensure that you're looking at the correct parts list or confirm with the supplier that it is OK for your machine. The model code is found next to the model number on the product information label on the back of the machine .
