@madhavamine6mc could be an LCD panel issue. Connect an external monitor and see if that display properly. If so then it is most likely an issue with your LCD screen. If an external monitor displays the same anomaly it is an issue with your GPU circuitry. WE would need to know the exact model for your Samsung to you with those issues.

Well, i just need my screen to be fixed so its not showing up on my tv and my laptop smelling burned toast, no its not gpu
@madhavamine6mc "my laptop smelling burned toast" could be a sign off overheating. You do want to clean the fans and possibly consider replacing your thermal paste after a good cleaning as well. Nothing really difficult just do it before things get worse. Best of luck to you!
