Did you mean dryer model number MEDC465HW0?

If so, can you hear if the dryer motor is humming, when you try to start it?

Try the following and check if the dryer tub starts to rotate.

Turn on the dryer and with the door open, hold the door switch operated and manually rotate the tub and check that once it is rotating that it continues by itself.

Be safety aware if the drum does start turning by itself after you give it assistance to start.

If it does start turning by itself then most probably there's a problem with the start winding or the centrifugal switch in the motor.

If this is the case then the motor will have to be replaced.

Here's a link to a supplier that is useful as it has a video that shows how to replace the motor and also it shows the manufacturer's part number for the motor - 279827. Search online for the part number only, to find suppliers that suit you best.

If it doesn't start turning by itself after you manually get it started, then here's the wiring diagram that may help to find out what's wrong.
