Ps5 turn itself off and I have to unplug it to restart

My PS5 is over two years old.

Suddenly now after a few hours it turns itself off, without making any noise or sound. It just switches itself off. After it turns off if I press the power button nothing happens and it does nothing. Until I unplug the power cable from the console and plug it back in, I can't turn it on. Just by doing that I can turn it on, but then after a few hours it turns off again.

The strange thing is that it doesn't happen in a certain time, sometimes it takes less than two hours and sometimes it can be on for more than 8 hours and it doesn't happen.

And the strangest thing of all is that this also happens when it is switched off. I can turn the console off at night and the next day it won't turn on until I disconnect it from the electricity and reconnect it.

I've tried changing the plug I have it connected to in case that's what it is, but even in another socket it still happens.

Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong with it? I don't want to start trying to change parts like crazy, as I'm not an expert at that either.
