Why is my computer failing to boot up and shutting down repeatedly
Once the battery is inserted, the system continually on and off and fail to boot up

Could be the battery needs replacing. How old is it?
Does the laptop work fine with the battery disconnected and just the charger plugged in?
If yes then definitely the battery needs replacing.
If it still doesn't work then the charger probably is defective and needs replacing.
