@denis34066 either it can't read your SIM card or your SIM card is not working. For now, you do want yo go ahead and replace the SIM card with one that works for sure. Contact your service provider to ensure that you have a service contract etc.

As for the phone, you do want to go ahead and restart your phone and after that reset your network settings. Check the troubleshooting steps listed by Samsung on here
