Don't turn on

Why my I pad don't star ? When the battery was in 36% turned off and never back to star.

It can sound like the battery is dead. Do you have a way to check the current through the charger?

I have already taken it to Apple but they only know how to say that you have to change the iPad and this only lasted me less than 1 year, the charger is fine I have already tried it in another device
