Wifi not working after battery replacement

Do you mean that the WiFi is not turning on or that it is turning on but you can't "see" or connect to any WiFi network?
If the WiFi turns on but you can't connect, try using the WiFi as close as possible to your Wifi network router i.e. <10cm, and check if the WiFi detects and connects OK.
If it does then it may be an antenna connection problem.
The antennas (white and blue coax cables) can be seen in the image at Step.37 of the ifixit Google Pixel 6a Motherboard Replacement guide
