@ug9ufowlzg9mbww that is reference designator C7675 It is a 33µf 20%16V Tantalum capacitor in a B3 Case.
It's a bit hard to find due to the B3 case. Based on the dimension of that case, you should find a suitable replacement on here under the B 16V 33UF 336C tab. Or, you could find a close match (not an exact match ;-) just measure the solder pads on your board and use Mouser.com or Digikey.com to find a case that will fit those dimensions.
Remember that there is always a reason why components like this get destroyed like the one your logic board. It is part of the 5V 3.3V Power Supply

Thanks for the ifo. I will follow your recommendations. What are the reasons that could make this capacitor to blow? Also, I removed blown capacitor and tried to start mac, It did turned on, however the mouse pad and keyboard are not working. Could that be because of missing capacitor? Thanks again.

@ug9ufowlzg9mbww It blew up because of a shortcircuit somewhere in the circuitry. If you take a look at the schematic, you see it is the 3.3V main rail so anything that went wrong on that can have caused that. Since the capacitor is marked as critical I would expect some things to not work correctly. you can always check and see if there is a short to ground anywhere on that circuit. Or you can replace it it and see what happens, since you already started your computer with the component missing. If unsure about how to do all of that you may need to consider having somebody to either do it for you or help you further in depth with this.
