on my honeywell thermostat the fan is running nonstop now for a few month I cant find an option to shut it down I changed filter already still this anoying noice all the time can someone help

Is the thermostat's fan setting in the On position or the Auto position.
If it is in the On position it will run continuously regardless of whether heat or cool is required.
If it is in the Auto position it will turn on and off as required by the thermostat.
