I bought a joycon and it works fine when is decoupled from the Nintendo, but when I attach it to the Nintendo the home button doesn't work and if you touch that button the controller turns off and to turn it on you have to undock the joycon and it will work again.

Hmm, must be a short somewhere causing this and it's most likely something on the Joy-Con it's motherboard.
Did you tried another Joy-Con on the Switch? It's for the best to test if another controller is having the same issue or not, so that we can see if it's the Switch or the Joy-Con it self causing trouble.

I have tried with another joycon and it works fine, it's just that joycon that doesn't grip well
Alright, then it's something on the Joy-Con it's motherboard which failed. Please open it up and check the home button and the components nearby. OR you can replace the whole motherboard. This should solve the issue.
