My plastic dishes especially have black oil spots on them after washing. There are tiny spots on the door of my dishwasher as well. Anyone have this issue?

There is no source of oil in a dishwasher that can get into the water, so it is either a water issue or a detergent issue.
If it has started after a time and you are using the same detergent and rinse agent, then suspect a water issue.
High levels of Manganese can make black spots.

What is the model number of the dishwasher?
Has all the detergent been dissolved or is there still detergent residue being seen either in the dispenser or even in the cistern at the bottom of the dishwasher?
Are the dishes warm/hot at the finish of the complete cycle?
