CM400C Ninja Speciality Coffee maker dead power supply

I bought this Ninja full knowing that it died and was not working. I suspected something went wrong with the power supply when they told me nothing happens when they plug it in. Ripped it apart and found that the MOV (Metal Oxide Varistor) blew up. Great! Removed the part and ordered a new one. While waiting for the new MOV, I decided to try the machine anyways since MOVs should act as an open circuit until they die which then they short out. But alas, no power still. I will admit, I'm not very good on the AC side of things (or power supplies tbh) but I get 120V AC where the plug is spliced half way up the wires, but seems like it goes through a relay that is only putting out 2V AC? I don't have a better picture of the relay itself (not that I think it would help anyhow) but the part number is SRD-S-112DM-F and looks like it's a 12V DC relay. I'm guessing that relay is toast but I'm not entirely sure how to test that guy. That MOV should arrive today but is there anything else I should be testing?
