Hi @amir40588

The message means that the laptop cannot "find" the HDD to boot into Windows.

This could be due to a faulty HDD (or SSD) or a corrupted boot partition file on the HDD (or SSD)

Start the laptop and get into BIOS by pressing the novo button (between the power light and the memory card slot on the left side of the laptop) and check if the HDD (SSD) is being shown as detected by the BIOS.

If it is not shown in BIOS then commiserations your HDD (SSD) has failed or hopefuly may be just loose from the board but this would be unusual.

If it is shown in BIOS try the following.

If you have Win10/11 installed, create a USB recovery disc from any known working Win10/11 PC. All you need is an 8GB USB flashdrive and 40-60 minutes of time.

In the host PC go to Control Panel → Recovery → Create a recovery disc and follow the prompts.

When you have the recovery USB drive, insert it into your laptop and then start the laptop and press the F12 (or Fn + F12) a few times to get to the boot order menu. When there change the boot order to USB 1st boot option and restart the laptop.

It should boot from the USB recovery drive into the Windows Recovery Environment menus.

When there go to Troubleshooting → Advanced → Startup repair and follow the prompts.

Do not select Reset this PC because if you select the wrong option after this you can erase all your data as Windows will be reinstalled!
