starts to blink 6 times on the led light

The compressor overheating and the condenser fan next to compressor spinning freely it's summer about 38 degrees the fridge is not freezing

Hello

I have an LG GBB530NSQPB . when I pluged the contact it starts to blink 6 times on the led light, then compressor and condenser fan stops working, and a few minutes later fan & compressor starts again for few minutes and stops but the fan still working please help! Thanks in advance :)

A 6 blink error code on the compressor indicates a current trip problem i.e. excessive current flow through the compressor so the protection circuits operate to avoid any more damage from occurring. Most likely a faulty compressor.

Depending on your location, you will need to get a licensed repairer to check it out, due to the environmental regulations regarding the handling of refrigerant gases. Also they have the correct equipment to access the compressor and test it.

Now the compressor work only 10 seconds every 6min and stops

not overheating!! and the fan still working fine and not overheating like yesterday

It doesn't have enough time to overheat due to excessive current flow.

The protection circuits constantly monitor what the current value flowing through the motor is and if it exceeds the preset upper safety limit it shuts it down before any further damage is done.
