Plug tv in starts flashing 3 times won’t come on remote won’t work with it. Clicks 2 times when plug in 1 for on 2 for off Also sometimes it will just come on be fine. Stay on for maybe 45 minutes sometimes less then 5 mins goes back off to blinking again Could somebody please help me.

A 3 blink error code indicates a problem with the P board (power board) in the TV
Here's a composite image taken from the [service manual that shows the blink timing chart and the location of the boards.
The service manuals contain schematic diagrams of the boards and a parts list if you wish to get down to doing board level repairs. Otherwise try changing the P board (look for the model number of the board (printed on the board itself) and search online using the number to find suppliers.

TC-L32S1 When I plug in it clicks twice first click on second back off then 3 red flashes and repeats. Sometimes it stays on for a very little while like it freezes and I hit the button and had to come back on then it freeze again the picture I need to keep doing this and then it goes off again then I plug it back in clicks on clicks off red flashing again. Then I’ll leave the cord unplugged then if I’m lucky I put the cord back in. It will come on if not, it will click on and click off sometimes several times never coming on.
