Why my computer restarts by its self

@mostari what is the exact model of your HP computer and what is the exact message you are getting on the Blue Screen? What have you checked? Did this just start all of a sudden?

thank you for interesting to my problem. so the model of my computer is HP laptop 15 da0018nk and the operating system installed is Windows 11 Professionnel version 23H2
it restart suddenly and i don't have this message of error. i cann't expect when it will happen.

@mostari so it does work but sometimes it does the Blue Screen shutdown? Check your Windows Event Viewer and see if there is anything unusual going on.
