Why the screen goes black while playing
When I play cs2 or gtaV or any other game that requires higher performance, after a while the screen goes black but the laptop still works, what could it be?

What is the full model number of the laptop as shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop?
How much ram is installed in the laptop?
Does it only do this when playing games?

this is the full number 15-dc1524na it has 16RAM and yes.. it only does that when I play games with higher performances.. for example, if I play lol.. it has no problem

had you tried updating the graphic card drivers?
try to update bios too

yes.. I tried.. I reinstalled windows 10, I even tried windows 7 and it still does the same
