Regarding the water filter leaking, here's a video that may help. Here's a video that shows how to install a filter bypass, (p/n W11395888) that was mentioned in the first video.
If the fix in the first video doesn't work due to a worn filter head you may have to replace the water tank assembly p/n W11346622 as the filter head is a part of it and not a separate component.
The leak in the dispenser may be due to a faulty spigot p/n W11227371.
Search online for the relevant part numbers to find suppliers that suit you best.

Ok tried those steps thank-you. After about 3 min the water dispenser will turn on and run. So I disconnected the cable again.
If you haven't already done so check that the water tank isn't clogged
