Freezer is set at 0 degree F. Refrigerator set at 37 degrees F. Water fills the ice holder and freezes properly, however the ice is not "dumping" the ice into the ice bin. I can use the rest button to manually dump the ice and the water will refill ice holder, but then the icemaker will not dump the ice on its own. Why?

Here's the service manual that may help.
Go to p.24 thru p.26 to view how to test the ice maker functions.
On p.34 & p.35 there are some ice maker voltage test points on the control board and at the back of the manual there are parts diagrams and a parts list. If you find the problem is a faulty part, locate the part number and then search online for the part number to find suppliers that suit you best.
