Do you mean that the door cannot be pushed all the way to the closed position? Or that the latching mechanism fails to keep the door closed? If the former, have you checked whether there is something obstructing the door hinge or if fasteners (screws) are loose. If the later, is the latching mechanism intact and unbroken?
