@jimcurran you can get it from places like this Looks like there are even used ones on ebay Not sure about the Canadian Dollar exchange and cost for shipping etc.
There is really nothing special about this cord. I would check locally for a 10 foot 14 AWG, 15A/125V AC 2Wire power tool cord.
