Whenever I switch on my camera the LCD screen suggests to switch off and on the camera. Have tried the troubleshooting steps in the Sony website but the error persists. Can you guide on how to solve the problem. Thanks

@aniket31502 you are not telling us if anything happened to this camera. The switching off and on is usually caused by a lens (stuck) error. To work on your camera, (yes, the lens block too) go to the Document section of this page Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX400V and download the service manual.
